          We are a vacation rental company located in NE Iowa. Our properties are spread out from NE Iowa to SW WI. 

Locations are: Lansing IA, Harpers Ferry IA, Lynxville WI, De soto WI, Waterville IA, Dorchester IA and Decorah IA.

From romantic couples getaway in a cozy cabin or tiny home to large family reunions at properties that sleep 20+ people, we have options available for everyone.

All our properties are fully furnished and provide sheets, towels, toiletries & paper products. Most have outdoor pools and hot tubs. Hot tubs are available year round.  Many of our properties are located in close proximity to Yellow River Forest, Pikes Peak, the Mississippi River, Upper Iowa River and other recreational activities in the area.
